Personal Interviews

Sometimes the best way to get the information you need is to ask probing questions of a select group of people. These are the individuals you value the most. They may be your biggest donor, a trustee or an important alumnus. Regardless of the relationship we recognize the need to treat these individuals with total respect, confidentiality and professionalism. We routinely conduct personal interviews as part of feasibility studies, and market and satisfaction surveys. Interviewees are treated with the utmost care and responses are never reported for attribution without prior authorization.
