Robert C. Osborne, Sr.

Bob Osborne has over thirty years experience in executive management and consulting. He currently serves as Chairman of The Osborne Group, specializing in strategic planning, business management and opinion research. Under Bob's leadership, The Osborne Group has successfully developed several corporations including Managed Care Assistance Corporation, a national provider-sponsored management services organization (MSO) and Alpha Health Plan, a statewide Medicaid HMO in Florida. Major consulting clients have included financier Carl C. Icahn, Omnicell Technologies, Horizon/Mercy HMO, City of Austin, Palm Beach County Health Care District, University of Mississippi Medical Center, Newcare Medical Clinic and Wellcare Management Group, Inc.

Prior to forming The Osborne Group, Bob held several key positions including Corporate Vice President, Trans World Airlines where he managed the $1.4 billion pension plan, aerospace medicine, corporate benefits, and market development. Other previous positions include Regional General Manager, Dun & Bradstreet Healthcare Information, and New York State Medicaid Commissioner¹.

Bob is a National Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a director of the Children's Health Fund, and a director and chairman of the Finance Committee for the United Hospital Fund in New York City.

Bob is a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
